We’re proud to share exciting news with the Venture Together community: Celia Solomita has been appointed Chief Executive Officer by our Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Celia has been a vital part of the Venture Together family since 2016, serving most recently as Acting CEO and previously as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Over the years, she has led with an unwavering commitment to helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live extraordinary lives.
“After a thorough review, the Board overwhelmingly agreed that Celia is the right person to lead Venture Together into its next chapter,” said Dario Mazurek, Chair of the Board of Directors. “We have confidence in her ability to continue driving growth, innovation, and excellence while providing proper fiscal oversight.”
Throughout her tenure, Celia has demonstrated exceptional leadership. Under her guidance, Venture Together will continue to strengthen programs and expand opportunities for the individuals we support.
