On Sunday, April 7, we had the honor of participating in the Especially Everyone Experience, hosted by Especially Everyone, which offered a platform for individuals of all abilities to come together in celebration of music and community.Â
Our program participants in Rockademy took the stage with confidence and enthusiasm and absolutely rocked out. Not only was Venture on stage, we were also behind the scenes! Chris and Eric got first-hand experience putting their production skills to work. After months of learning about stage and sound production with the Creative Arts Department, they were invited to be crew at the Especially Everyone Experience. Glenn joined our crew for the day too, with his many years of stagehand experience at our annual productions, these three made a great team!
Venture Select, one of our day programs, recently held its annual Spring Musical Fest. From classic ballads to upbeat pop hits, our participants took center stage and belted out their favorite songs and duets with passion and flair. The energy was electric, the vibes were infectious, and the audience couldn’t help but sing along and groove to the beat! We want to extend a huge round of applause to all our amazing performers for their hard work and passion that lit up the stage. Special thanks to our dedicated staff for their support and guidance to make this show possible!
