Chief Compliance Officer
Mergime Gjombalaj serves as Venture Together’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), where she leads the organization’s corporate compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory initiatives. As a member of the Executive Team, she helps ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered services while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and regulatory excellence.
Prior to joining Venture Together, Mergime served as Director of Quality Management, where she developed extensive expertise in compliance, quality improvement, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, and project management within OPWDD and OMH service environments. She has successfully led system implementations, regulatory initiatives, and technology-driven improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Mergime earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College.
