The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of an assigned segment of the agency's residential program.

Venture Together, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that provides support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer residential, day, community habilitation, respite and employment services, an equestrian program as well as an integrated summer camp. 

Agency Requirements

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the agency’s insurance company driving standards. Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing.

RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of an assigned segment
of the agency’s residential program. The Residential Supervisor oversees several residential sites ensuring that
quality services are provided to the individuals residing in these homes and that agency policy and procedures are
followed, as well as, OPWDD regulations. The Residential Supervisor works closely with Residential Directors
to ensure compliance including billing standards, payroll and other administrative responsibilities.
The Residential Supervisor shares in on-call responsibilities for the residential program.
The Residential Supervisor reports to the Director of Residential Services

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services required, Master’s Degree preferred with eligibility for QIDP and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience in Residential Management required.
  • Must have 2 years driving experience and have a valid NYS license that meets insurance requirements.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and leadership qualities.

Salary range: $67,000 – $70,000

Location: Rockland County, NY

Full Time: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (Flexible; On-Call Responsibilities)
