Venture Pre-Vocation program is proud to present a series of “I Am Me” poems by our individuals to celebrate the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD) 2024 theme of A World of Opportunities.
Together, our participants explored who they are beyond and in spite of disabilities, and shine a light on the strength, resilience, and uniqueness that each person brings to the Venture Together family.
Let’s embrace the power of inclusion, acceptance, and understanding. Let’s celebrate the special contributions and talents of individuals with I/DD, and let’s continue to advocate for a world where everyone is valued and respected for who they are.
