Venture founder and first executive director Kathleen Lukens has been posthumously named to the Rockland Women Leaders Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame is the project of the Center for Safety & Change, which is honoring women who have made a positive change in our community.
Kathy was nominated by Director of Residential Services Debbie Archambault, a protege of Kathy’s. Debbie called Kathy an inspirational leader and a warrior for the rights of all.
As Venture celebrates our fiftieth year, we can think of no greater honor.
