The Assistant Director of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for assisting the Director of Facilities Maintenance in managing all aspects of the agency facilities maintenance.
Agency Minimum Requirements:
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the agency’s insurance company driving standards. Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing.

Assistant Director of Facilities
Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for assisting the Director of Facilities Maintenance in managing all aspects of the agency facilities maintenance ensuring that each location is maintained in good operating condition and all codes and regulations are adhered to. The Assistant Director of Maintenance assists the Director with maintaining a plan for preventive maintenance and repair and for ensuring adequate and necessary facility equipment and supplies.
The Assistant Director of Facilities Maintenance reports to the Director of Facilities Maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree in facilities management or engineering or several years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance operations required. Must have the knowledge and ability to: install and repair doors, windows, finish trim, cabinets, vanities; frame in metal and wood
construction; renovate kitchens and bathrooms, from conception to completion; install
tile and laminate flooring; install and replace outlets, switches, light
fixtures and small motors; install basic wiring; replace and repair toilets,
faucets and cartridges; install dishwashers; install and repair supply and
waste lines and perform Sheetrock installation and repair.
Experience supervising staff, training, and evaluating performance required. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the agency’s insurance company driving standards. Must successfully participate in Venture Together’s Orientation and other proficiency-based training.

Salary range: $75,000 – $80,000
Full-Time / 40 hours per week
